The reet horn is a White Crow Dm Native 'Merican flute,
created for Vito by Barry White Crow Higgins using actual physics.
The flute is optimized for performance into the second register without overblowing.
Purists will argue that such an instrument is therefore not a "true" Native American flute.
Hmmm...will purists next be suggesting that Brother White Crow is not a "true" Native American?
